Today we went to Yosemite National Park. As we were driving in we saw a coyote. He was searching for people to give him food. It was really sad that a wild animal like that had become so tame. After taking many pictures of the coyote we went on to do an Ansael Adams photo hike. The mountains and waterfalls were beautiful. It was really intresting to be looking at a photo taken by Ansal Adams and then to look up and see the same scene. Everything in the park was so beautiful that it seemed unreal. After the photo hike we drove back to the campsite and began making dinner. We had chicken and s'mores tonight. It was delicious!

Anne-Harden and the Island Packers,
Loved your observations about Yosemite. Think it's amazing you saw a coyote up close and personal. I always thought they were nocturnal - just shows what too much exposure to humans can do. You girls be sweet to your teachers! I can't imagine spending all that time in an RV with multiple teenage girls - kudos to the drivers.
Love, Mommy
